THE MANDALORIAN Season 2 Set Photos Feature Stormtroopers & A Possible [SPOILER] For The Bounty Hunter

Some photos from the set of The Mandalorian have found their way online, and as well as Stormtroopers, we get to see potentially spoilery changes to the title character's appearance. Check them out...

Thanks to Mail Online, we have some new photos from the set of The Mandalorian season two. As you can see by following the link in the Tweet below, Stormtrooper armour was being carried around by crew members along with what appears to be a dummy decked out in the unmistakable white outfit.

However, by far the biggest reveal here is what the Mandalorian himself is wearing.

In the first episode of the Disney+ series, The Client gave the bounty hunter a brick of Beskar Steel which was then used to create a new pauldron that covered his shoulder. In these images, the Mandalorian appears to be wearing new ones on both shoulders (and possibly his entire body) so that could be a sign that he completes his mission...or steals that Steel from the mysterious villain.

It's going to be a very long time until we see anything from season two of The Mandalorian, especially as we're only a couple of instalments into the first batch of episodes on Disney+.

After all the other streaming shows being hour-long episodes, it feels a little sitcom-y to be only 30 minutes. Definitely keeps the intensity up though

This show has been really good so far, enjoying the western vibe.

Hope he does not end up completing the "asset" mission, and that Kuiil shows up again.

This show has been fantastic so far. As for Disney plus I’m loving it and I can’t wait for them to expand their current lineup.

@PantherKing - I'm hoping they EXPAND it and don't just CYCLE through their content, which I fear may happen.

@RobinNumbah6 - I honestly think they won’t do that. But we’ll see and I hope they don’t.

@PantherKing - Remember all the "Vault" movies where they release a movie, and then pull it from all shelves? That's the only reason I'm afraid they'll do it. I doubt they'd do it to their originals, but all the older movies and shows seem to be a possibility.

Really liking the show, but the fact that Pedro Pascal only voices the character (like Matt Bomer in Doom Patrol), and that it's so noticeable, takes away a little bit of the magic.

@gastitdk - How is it noticable? You can't even seen his face 🧐

@gastitdk - This is absolutely not new for Star Wars though. Could you imagine if James Earl Jones was actually the physical Darth Vader?

@smgmayhem - haha I know, but pay atention to the ADR, and the way the character gestures while speaking.

@KingGrimlock - James Earl Jones was brought in cause David Prowse Vader's voice sucked big time. Pedro sounds really cool, but I believe it would actually be a lot cooler to see him behind the mask.
