2019 Razzie Nominations Revealed - Did Last Year's Superhero Movies Manage To Avoid Being "Honored"?

2018 was a pretty damn good year for superhero movies but now that the Razzie nominations are out, did they all manage to emerge unscathed? Well, you can find the full list of nominees after the jump...

Later today, we'll find out this year's Academy Award nominees but as has become tradition, those being considered for the Razzie Awards have been announced the night before.

Despite Deadpool 2, Venom, and Aquaman arguably featuring performances or moments which could have easily landed them on this list, there's not a superhero movie to be found! Instead, the likes of Gotti, The Happytime Murders, Robin Hood, and Holmes & Watson end up leading the pack.

Johnny Depp also comes under fire quite a bit, and controversially, so does President Donald Trump!

We'll find out the "winners" on February 23rd so be sure to check back then. For now, you can find the full list of nominees below.

I'm not surprised none of them made the list, but if I were to pick one it'll be Willem Dafoe as Vulko in Aquaman as Worst Supporting Actor. I have absolutely no idea what he was doing in that film. That'll be the only one really.

LOL at the Robin Hood nominations.

@DnA - I honestly thought he put in more effort than Nicole Kidman.

Can’t really argue that any superhero movie was worse than any of those movies represented.

Wait, a minute, I don't see Gillette on that list. Calling shenanigans, now.

@Luminus - That Gillette commercial wasn’t nearly as bad as people were making it sounds. I was pleasantly surprised.

@StarkBruce1000 - The maturity of this comment shows me exactly why you didn’t understand the commercial.

Could America stop bringing politics even into a awards show?
This is getting exhausting. I'm not a fan of Trump myself, but the hate boner towards this man has reached a point of comicality.

The Happytime Murders deserve every Razzie they can get. That movie was horrible.
And Justice Smith in JW:FK was unbearable. He made me root for that Baryonyx to eat this guy.
