LUKE CAGE Actor Ron Cephas Jones Joins The Cast Of VENOM In An Unknown Role
The cast of Venom already includes talented actors like Riz Ahmed and Tom Hardy, and now a new report reveals that Emmy nominee Ron Cephas Jones will also star in the upcoming Sony film in an unknown role.
While the trailers for Sony's upcoming Venom movie haven't won over every fan, there's no denying that the film has amassed a very impressive cast, and now yet another stellar actor has joined the project.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ron Cephas Jones, who can be seen playing Bobby Fish in Marvel and Netflix's Luke Cage, will appear in the Ruben Fleischer-helmed film in an unspecified role.
Despite having a role in Netflix's superhero drama and nearly landing the role of The Wizard in Shazam!, the Emmy nominated actor has yet to appear in a big comic book movie, so this will be a first for Jones.
Venom is currently set to swing into theaters on October 5 and will star the likes of Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams and Riz Ahmed.
