Whatever your thoughts on Venom may be, there's no denying that the critically panned Spidey spin-off was a huge hit with general audiences, and Sony will look to continue that success when the movie hits DVD and Blu-ray next Tuesday.

Ahead of that, we have another deleted scene which should go down well with fans of the highly entertaining Eddie/Venom dynamic.

After irritating each other with some back-and-forth banter, the psychotic symbiote imparts "600 million years of alien wisdom" on his unwilling host.

Here's a full list of the Blu-ray special features.

Honestly this should not have been cut. It was an actually funny scene that gives Eddies character more depth. As now we have a motivation on why he does what he does. But nope, What did Gary Foster produce this shit? The producer on Daredevil who literally said "Speed is more important than a good story" [frick] sakes sony.

What was the advice? I find the voice hard to follow sometimes.

"Try. Harder...?"

Venom wasn’t as bad as people hyped it to be, I actually enjoyed it more than Deadpool 2 which felt like it was dragging on forever. The Brock / Venom chemistry was the films strongest asset, I would like to see it further developed in an overall better sequel.

@HubbleFunk - I agree with you. But clearly we’re wrong because other commenters say so! Lol
