VENOM: Here's Your First Official Look At Tom Hardy As Eddie Brock!

We've seen photos from the set of Venom but Sony Pictures has now unveiled the first official shot of Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock along with the panel video from the Brazil Comic-Con Experience last month.

Thanks to IGN, we have our first look at Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock! The actor has been spotted on set on a number of occasions but this is our best look at the character yet and it drops a very interesting piece of information about the Lethal Protector. As you can see, he's clearly in reporter mode here and that could be an indication that we're going to get his entire origin story in the upcoming spinoff.

The big question that leaves us with is whether or not Spider-Man is going to factor into that or if he'll just be referenced in some way. Bear in mind that Venom doesn't take place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so we can forget about Tom Holland's Peter Parker swinging into proceedings in this tale.

Sony Pictures has also released the panel video from last month's Brazil Comic-Con Experience featuring director Ruben Fleischer and Hardy shedding some light on what we should expect from the movie. We've read highlights from this but it's well worth a watch and gives us a first look at Venom's San Francisco set. What do you guys think of this reveal? Share your thoughts with us below.

@Derdpool - most people that visit this site don’t care about any of that, they just read and move on.

Josh produces more content than anyone else, and has for a while.

I’m not defending his antics, they’re annoying, and the bastard has a habit of spoiling movies. Just, I’ve seen this exact same post dozens of times over the years. There isn’t going to be some sort of revolution started in the comment section. The casual readers don’t give a [frick].

@Derdpool - I believe my post was "deleted" for stating the truth that Josh is addicted to click bait.

@SpideyQuad - I was deleted too. I thought it was relatively tame compared to what i wanted to write.

It was a cheap trick, followed by a fascist deleting my comment. I always loved this site because they let us speak our mind (with in reason). I am not sure i have much motivation to keep clicking if they are going to stifle the best part of this whole site, which let me clarify, is the forums/comments.
