FIRST FULL look at MK Legacy Season 2 Characters in Costume!

Thanks to a recent tweet on Twitter we get our first looks at Scorpion in his full on specter glory and fan-favorite KENSHI in his video-game accurate suit complete with red blindfold and ALL MK characters for season2!

Thanks goes out to Ian Anthony Dale (Scorpion) for tweeting what appears to be our first complete looks at Kenshi, Liu Kang, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, what looks to be Noob Saibot, Kung-Lao, Johnny Cage and more in COSTUME FOR THE SERIES!!! So now at least we know what they will all look like! Before this all we knew were bits and pieces here and there. Well down below is the first full group photo of all the MK cast in full costumes, ENJOY!



Looks as though most of the MK characters are looking pretty darn solid to me! Noob looks a bit goofy but overall not too bad!

Kenshi looks dead-on! What are your thoughts CBMers?

An article I posted a few days ago showed the early stages of Kenshi...he looked goofy in the pictures with long hair. Looks like he will indeed revert into the Kenshi of the videogames! Everyone looks great and I'm happy to finally see what they will look like!

I'm a huge Mortal Kombat fan and really enjoyed season one. That being said, I don't recognize a couple of the characters. I'm telling you, Tancharoen is all wrong for Mortal Kombat. God damn, the reboot film is so screwed. I can't believe I'm saying this but, I prefer it to be in development hell than in this guys hands.

@blvdnoise- Trust me buddy, you will love season 2!

@Lizard1- I recognize all the characters in this photo and i can tell you...the only ones i find kinda 'meh' are Tancharoen's Sub-Zero, Noob Saibot and maybe Stryker mainly due to his beard. Idk...i just prefer Tancharoen giving us MK fans a movie rather than no MK movie at all...y'know?

@Mrsuperheromoviefan- Exactly. It's not meant to be some high budget work of art. I mean if Kevin Tancharoen can make the characters look THIS good with a low budget web series, imagine how much better he will do with the MOVIE and an actual DECENT budget too!! :)

Yeah Sub was one of my main issues with this picture. But idk...Scorp looks solid. Shang looks solid. I'm impressed with Kenshi!! Looks dead on to the videogame version.

A few others look good. Overall, it gets a solid gradeA- from me. Not an A or A+ but that is just due to small nitpicks i have with it. But going by the small budget Tancharoen had to work with, i can see he did try

@Soto- I get what you mean. I do hope the movie has some fantasy mixed in. My favorite MK games as a kid were always UMK3 and MK4

Loved the first series so I can't wait for the second. Kevin has done a solid job with the budget he's had and the fact that he knows the characters backstory helps a lot. I take my hat off to the guy for being so passionate about the project because MK was pretty much dead to me and many others and because of his love for it he's brought it back in a really great way. Keep doing what your doing Kevin.

Get Zack Snyder as the director and someone great as the writer. And it would be pure cinematic gold.

If so, I guess nobody from the first season watned to come back for the second season.

I don't mind the series. I'm just waiting for them to actually tie it together and have an actual story rather than just character origins.

I'm hoping the web series fails so Warner Bros. can see how stupid it was to hire Tancharoen for anything Mortal Kombat related rather than throwing his ass in jail for Mortal Kombat: Rebirth. Tancharoen has the wrong vision and is just all wrong for Mortal Kombat. I can't seem to stress it enough

@LP4: Ermac, Noob Saibot, it don't matter. Kevin Tancharoen is taking what makes Mortal Kombat so good and special and is going to completely ruin it. He's trying to do with Mortal Kombat what Nolan did with Batman. It don't work for Mortal Kombat.
