First, there are 15 levels in the game with the stage names. Another detail is some new characters that haven't been seen on confirmed character lists yet such as Kraven the Hunter, Electro, and the Black Cat. In addition, there is an achievement called “Ultimate True Believer” where you have to unlock all the True Believers. Doing a little research, the True Believers are some obscure Spider-man villains and have four members in the group: Payback, Headtrip, Red Zone, and Battalus.
There is also an achievement called “Guardians of the Galaxy” where you unlock all the characters from the Guardians of the Galaxy. This means that there could be more than one character from the team in the game. The only one that is confirmed is Rocket Raccoon but could also include Drax the Destroyer, Gamora, Groot, and/or Starlord.
Finally, there are a couple of fun achievements such as one called “The Toast of Croydon” in which you create a character called “Trevor.” If you remember from Iron Man 3, Trevor was the actor who pretended to be the Mandarin and he was mentioned to be the Toast of Croydon for his King Lear performance. The other fun achievement is the one called “Don't I Know You?” To get that one, you have to play Captain America and the Human Torch in co-op mode. If you're a movie snob, you'll know that Chris Evans plays both Captain America in his stand-alone movies and in the Avengers while he plays the Human Torch in the Fantastic Four movies.
We're not sure if the achievements below will be the same for the PS3/PS4 but they will most likely be similar.

Really? – Collect Howard the Duck (Single Player) The story begins when the Silver Surfer, herald to Galactus, is knocked out of the sky, with his surfboard shattering into several 'Cosmic Bricks' that fall onto the Earth. With these blocks containing immense power, Dr. Doom gets together a band of villains to make the "Doom Ray of Doom." However, S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury calls upon the superheroes of the Marvel Universe to retrieve these blocks before they get captured by other villains such as Loki and Magneto.
