**REJOICE!!DLC is still making its way to the sequel as CapcomEuro meant SSIV instead of Marvel vs Capcom 3! I'm glad I didn't trade it in yet. Kudos to both OverCross and TelaVizion**



Owners of the long awaited(10 Years) sequel to the beloved fighting series Marvel Vs. Capcom will have hopes crushed for their favorite characters to be included. Announced on April 12, CapcomEuro stated on there twitter feed that Marvel Vs Capcom 3 is "out, done and dusted" with no further plans for announcements.

Unfortunately, this is far from a rumor. As a gamer, I was let down by the news. Alright, not let down but pissed. More stages, characters, and modes were said to be in the makings, but after this announcement I wonder if anything was started on to begin with. What about Frank West? He was 80% done and definitely would have been awesome going against Marvel. Sorry Megaman & Venom, looks like you won't be in this one guys.

I knew they weren't done. Only 6 dlc costumes? There is so much they need to add, like more costumes, Capcom villains, some stages would be nice, and not to mention all of the fan favorites like Mega Man, Strider, Venom, and Cyclops.

part of me is really glad that they're still gonna be releasing DLC such as characters and stages...

but then almost instantaneously, i remember that they think a fair price is paying 5 dollars for Shuma-Gorath and 5 dollars for Jill Valentine (who i cant get over the fact that its probably just goin to be a female Wesker, and not the Jill we remember from MvC 2)

if it were 5 dollars for the pair... yea id pay it... but im not gonna spend 5 goddamn dollars on ONE goddamn character unless its something amazing! like if they add in the Amalgam Universe characters(which im sure is just a pipe dream on my part)... hell i'd probably pay 10 dollars each for some of those...

but either fix the price structure, or start coming out with something that people actually want... or else im definately trading mine in as im sure most will.. and ill stick to my 2D MvC 2 with twice as many characters... better gameplay... and oh yea... it only costs like 15 dollars on xbox live.... 3D graphics be damned... they duped us all... and we didnt even put up a fight..
