Batman: Arkham Origins features an expanded Gotham City and introduces an original prequel storyline occurring several years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. Taking place before the rise of Gotham City's most dangerous villains and assassins, the game showcases a young, raw, unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight. As the story unfolds, witness identities being formed and key relationships being forged.

After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” finds Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy—the Winter Soldier.

the only decent marvel videogames that come to mind is Punisher warzone, one of the Hulk games, Spiderman Shattered demensions and oddly enough that Woverine origins game...that game surprised me, it was pretty decent.

First @Rokyn... thanks for trolling

Second @JoeMomma29... X-Men Origins: Wolverine was a very good game. And that's about as far as I go with Marvel games.

Literally just finished the game a second ago, EPIC! How can anyone say it's underwhelming? Sure it's basically a copy of the previous two games, but they were brilliant....."Don't fix what ain't broke!" 9/10 from me

I look forward to the sequel, whether that be 'Origins part 2' or following on from 'Arkham City', i'll be satisfied with either....i remember Kevin Conroy mentioning this past year he was working on the next Arkham game....hopefully that means the wait for the sequel isn't too long!

My personal opinions on the replacement voice actors of Conroy and Hamill as young Batman + Joker....very impressed....if Hamill's decision to hang up the 'Smile' after Arkham City is for definite, as sad as that maybe (and what a send off), i'd be happy to hear Troy Baker is to step in from here on out.

That's my two cents...

I thought I was the only one who found it underwhelming. Joker and Batman's were just impressions of Hamill and Conroy's Joker and Bats, respectively. The only new part I've noticed is detective mode is a little beefed up and multiplayer. Everything else is pretty much the same. The story was the most underwhelming part. Bring back Dini and Rocksteady.

Origins was completely fine. It was fun and engaging. HOWEVER it wasn't the same as City or Asylum. Rocksteady is working on Arkham 3 (is it 3 since Origins is a prequel technically it's 4 but in the timeline it's 3).

Mad hatter
I can't figure out the last one.

@CaptainKilgore It's a side mission involving rounding up Blackgate Prisoners. It becomes available after you beat the main game.
ColonelKilgore
ColonelKilgore - 10/29/2013, 5:07 PM
I already beat the main game. Finished all case files, numerous crimes in progress and the only wanted I have left is Shiva. (And the prisoners). Must be glitched. Just like other parts of the fame.

if you ignore the bugs (which will eventually be patched) the game is a worthy addition to the franchise. ive been playing all week. but i must admit those bugs (game crashing, freezing etc.) ruined the game for me the first few days
