VIDEO GAMES: Could There Be A Possible STREET FIGHTER vs MORTAL KOMBAT Fighting Game In The Future?

Recently via twitter feed Yoshinori Ono, the producer of the critically acclaimed Street Fighter IV series, briefly expressed interest in a possible crossover game between Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat characters. How cool would that be?

How awesome would it be to see a crossover battle between the fighters from arguably the two most well-known fighting game franchises ever going toe-to-toe? Seeing Ryu mixing it up with Liu Kang, Ken showing of his moves against Johnny Cage, Akuma coming to blows with Shang Tsung......well, it would definitely be something that fighting game fans have been longing for. And something that CAPCOM's Yoshinori Ono seems to be interested in as well........

With one fan dream coming true in the form of STREET FIGHTER X TEKKEN coming out soon this year, it's safe to say it wouldn't be too far of a stretch. Would do you guys think?
