Thanks to IGN, we have our first look at the Kinect capabilities of Avengers: Battle For Earth from the E3 2012 Booth.

As you can see, the game features Ultra combos which look a lot like Hyper combos from Capcom's fighting series and while these combos are executed an on-screen picture comes up saying "Punch!" which implies that the player will have to make punch motions to maximize their combo.

Marvel's The Avengers: Battle For Earth is developed by Ubisoft and is set to hit store shelves Fall 2012 for WiiU and Kinect.

What do you think about this game so far?

Marvel really need to pick it up, they're losing fans because of their animation and IMO they're comic series' are no where near as good as they were 10 years ago and now their video games are also going down hill, shown here, the majority of their games that have come out in the last few years or are coming out are either film based games, fighting style games or that superhero squad shit. People may say Marvel is better than DC but IMO they are excelling in the areas Marvel is failing in.

Oh wow, I was saying in another article how much this looked liked Super Street Fighter IV as a Marvel fighting game.

I had no idea it was actually a fighting game. I have to say though, it doesn't look like it plays as well as I thought it would.
