Summary

Penguin: Penguin is much dirtier this time around. He no longer has a coat but now sports a sweaty, food-stained shirt, along with a gold chain to show off his wealth. The Penguin also has a shaven head this time around.

Two-Face: Two-Face has relatively stayed the same. His suit is the same as the previous game but this time, he has rolled up his sleeves, revealing his burnt flesh on his left arm.

Riddler: Rather than being the man behind the curtain, you will now see Riddler consistently throughout the campaign. Like Batman, Riddler will get more rugged as the game progresses. This means he will "unbutton his shirt, get covered in grime, and become visibly distressed as Batman continues to thwart his plans."

In addition to the character descriptions, it has also been revealed that the events of Arkham Knight will take place during Halloween, Scarecrow's favorite time of year. No details have been released on Scarecrow's design, but it is safe to assume he is going to look dramatically different due to his last encounter with Killer Croc in Batman: Arkham Asylum.

Batman: Arkham Knight is an upcoming action-adventure video game developed by Rocksteady Studios and released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One video game consoles, and Microsoft Windows. Based on the DC Comics superhero Batman, it is the successor to the 2013 video game Batman: Arkham Origins, and the fourth main game in the Batman: Arkham series. Kevin Conroy will once again voice Batman. Batman: Arkham Knight is scheduled to be released worldwide on October 14, 2014.
The game's main storyline is set one year after that of 2011's Batman: Arkham City and follows Batman, at the peak of his ability, as he confronts the supervillain Scarecrow, who has returned to Gotham City to unite Batman's enemies in a plot to finally kill the Dark Knight.
