DC and Warner Brothers is gearing up for their big Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con, and confirmed panel participants will be Justice League and Aquaman. However, there have been recent rumblings that the companies are expected to announce a sequel to their first critical and commercial success, Wonder Woman.

With the announcement expect today during the panel, DC Chief Creative Officer, Geoff Johns, seems to have jumped the gun a little bit by announcing that he has started work on the sequel. Speaking to Yahoo Movies, Johns said, “I’m working right now on the Wonder Woman 2 script. I just started.”

Yahoo tried to get a few more details out of Johns, but he remained tight lipped about the process. However, he did reveal that he has gotten together with Patty Jenkins to hash out ideas for The Amazon Princess' next outing.
