So Who's Betting As To What X-men Movie Gets Green Lit First?

Superhero Hype got a chance to talk to David Goyer (Blade/Batman Begins). Goyer has been attached to write and direct the Magneto movie, but he's not sure if that will move forward before the X-Men: First Class project.

"There have been some preliminary discussions," he told SuperHeroHype about Magneto, adding, "I think, at Fox, they're trying to decide if making a young X-Men film makes the most sense next, does making a 'Magneto' make the most sense next. They're just trying to decide internally who's next up."

Well it's an X-men war between Wolverine 2, Deadpool, Magneto and X-men First Class at Fox right now, so who's going to make it first on the big screen?



LEEE777 - I personally am more worried about X-men First Class than anything else! Looking forward to Deadpool and Wolverine, also the Magneto movie if it ever starts production! ; )

Its should be, but im sure they are still gonna follow the same story lines from the film. Meaning that Angel defenately wont be in it. Iceman might not as well. So if you take those two out, you would have to add two more. That would probably be Gambit and Quicksilver, or Gambit and Storm. Or just pick any of the kids that Xavier took with him at the end of the Wolverine Origins film.

i know how much you hate Fox Leeeeee. But not all their movies are bad, actually more than half were good.

Actually to tell you the truth, there hasnt been one single film that i didnt like. FF wasnt as good as X-Men but i still enjoyed it.

Reboot with First class,and make proper origins. Then make a sequel where we see the brotherhood with Rogue, she gets her flying and strenght powers and joins the X men as well as Wolverine.

Lol CAP!!! I don't hate FOX, heck they did STAR WARS! An i like the FF movies, its just what they have been doing lately an its mainly Figgin' up WOLVERINE movie! ; D

Reboots are for quitter's. If this "First Class" gets made, I think it will have about 10 members to start with, then split into the brotherhood and the X-Men at some point in the film. My prediction: Storm, Beast, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Emma Frost, Quicksilver, Toad, Banshee, and Scarlet Witch. This is not to say this is my personal choice, but I think this is what direction they will go based on information gathered from all 4 flic's.

TheMyth @ Your really not a true X-MEN fan are you if you don't want the proper ORIGINALS?! How can you call it a REBOOT its the proper friggin' X-MEN all them movies are based on, well actually it would be but geezuz lol!!! ; D

Anyway, they don't hav'ta reboot the whole franchise to make a decent X-MEN FIRST CLASS, they can co excist, no one wants the X-90210 shite spun from WOLVERINE!

Fox = origin killer With that being said im hoping to get some backstory's on cyclops, storm, marvel girl and beast. Also looking forward to the magneto movie and the introduction of sentinels. And a deadpool movie will be sweet just don't put x-men in the title or fox will use it for evil
