X2: X-Men United Up for MTV Awards

The X-Men 2 sequel is up for four MTV Movie Awards and fans can help make sure it wins.

The film was nominated for Best Movie; Best Breakthrough Male (Shawn Ashmore as Bobby Drake/Iceman); Best Kiss (Ashmore and Anna Paquin as Rogue) and Best Fight (Hugh Jackman as Wolverine vs. Kelly Hu as Lady Deathstrike).

The awards air Thursday, June 10 at 9 pm ET.

Also, X2 won the Best Comic Book Adaptation award from the Spaceys, which honor sci fi and fantasy entertainment. It beat out American Splendor, Daredevil, The Hulk, and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

Director Bryan Singer accepted the award presented by Hellboy star Ron Perlman.
