Based on a graphic novel, "Bullet to the Head" also tells the story of a New Orleans hitman (Stallone) and a New York City cop who form an alliance to bring down the killers of their respective partners.
Twitch Film is reporting that the
Warner Bros. film
Bullet to the Head has been delayed so that Sylvester Stallone can oversee the final cut of the film. This shouldn't be too much of a surprise as it was previously reported months ago that Stallone was also very hands on with the script. In, August
Twitch Films provided information that Stallone at some point worked on the script, but they weren't sure if it was just a polish, or if it was a complete
rewrite.
Last week when
Warner Bros. removed the film from their scheduled April release date, they didn't provide any further information or a possible revised date.
Twitch's trusty source is hearing a November release could be in the cards.
Bullet to the Head is an upcoming 2012 action film, directed by Walter Hill based upon Alexis Nolent's French graphic novel Du Plomb Dans La Tete. The film will star Sylvester Stallone, Jason Momoa, Sung Kang, and Christian Slater.
