Sony Pictures has released a brand new official theatrical trailer for Elizabeth Banks' Charlie's Angels, featuring a fresh new look at the upcoming action sequel starring Kristen Stewart (Twilight), Naomi Scott (Power Rangers), and Ella Balinska (A Modern Tale) as the titular Angels.

Rather than being a complete reboot of the franchise, the new film is actually expected to be a sequel of sorts to the classic television series from the 1970s, as well as the Cameron Diaz/Drew Barrymore/Lucy Liu films from the early 2000s.

In addition to the lead trio, the supporting cast consists of Elizabeth Banks (Spider-Man 3), Noah Centineo (To All the Boys I've Loved Before), Sam Claflin (Me Before You), Djimon Hounsou (Guardians of the Galaxy), Patrick Stewart (Logan), Luis Gerardo Mendez (Murder Mystery), Jonathan Tucker (Westworld), Chris Pang (Crazy Rich Asians), and Nat Faxon (Disenchantment).

Along with the new trailer, tickets are also now on sale for Charlie's Angels, which opens on November 15.

Plus, singer Ariana Grande has released details on the original motion picture soundtrack:

Why is this movie even being covered by CBM? It's not even a comic book movie.

@bobbo68 - A lot of things here get covered that aren't comic book movies. It's nerd/pop culture in general.

The movie looks annoying as hell but damn Ella Balinska is really, really pretty. She has the kind of presence that it wouldn't surprise me if she gets a comic-book movie role. She should.

Everything about this screams flop. Some properties just don’t belong in the 2010s/2020s.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - It probably will. The 2000's movies were great.

However chooses the music for this trailers should probably be fired, really lets the whole thing down. Also, who's idea was it to give everyone shiny tattoos of the agency's logo? It's counterproductive to the whole super secret spy thing.
