Kingsman: The Secret Service, released in 2014 was a movie you either looked at and thought "yep, this is for me" or you thought it looked like complete rubbish. More style than substance and merely a throw away Bond rip off. I for one was in the latter of the two choices and boy was I wrong. After finally sitting down with the missus to watch Kingsman, I came away utterly mind blown; how I had missed judged this movie!?

Kingsman is one of those wonderfully balanced movies that offers incredible, balls to the wall action, great characters with rich development including two loveable leads, a villain that is down right fresh in modern cinema and a fun and compelling story. All of this wrapped up neatly in comic book styled direction masterfully handled by Matthew Vaughn (X-Men First Class)

Based on a graphic novel/comic book, and thanks to the afformentioned things it does so very right, Kingsman: The Secret Service is what we would consider one of the best comic book adaptations out there. Faithful, yet it also knew when to take liberties to better strengthen the film. With a stellar cast including Colin Firth is his most outlandish role of his career and breakout star Taron Egerton, Kingsman is sure to find a place in many a film goers hearts as well as many of their top ten favorite films list.

Welcome to REWIND REPLAY! If you haven't checked the channel out before my name is Steve and love all things movies, T.V., video games and just pop culture in general and I really wanted a place I could discuss it all with others thus- REWIND REPLAY.

REWIND REPLAY is a channel for pop culture lovers of all ages to come together and jump head long into the discussion about all the latest movies, video games and television programs.

Here is what you can expect to see on REWIND REPLAY...

NEW REVIEWS- Reviews of all the latest release movies as well as the latest STAN and NETFLIX movies.

REWIND REVIEWS- Reviews of older movies.I like to look back at what the film was then and see how it has held up today. Often this will be used to build up to a new release.

RANKINGS- Once I've built up a new release movie with REWIND REVIEWS and reviewed the new film as well, I'll go ahead and RANK them from WORST to BEST!

RECASTS- This is where I take a new release movie and shift its release date by a decade or two and RECAST the movie with actors from that time.I also talk a bit about how I think the film would have looked and felt during that era and discuss who might have directed the movie and why.

5 THINGS STILL GREAT ABOUT- This is a new segment looking back at videos game of old and instead of reviewing them and pulling them apart for their dated graphics and game play, instead I look at what is STILL GREAT about the game. Fun, light-hearted and hopefully gets you looking at older games in a new light.

TOP 10's-Coming in a month or so I'll be adding TOP 10's to the agenda. These will either countdown to from 10-1 or I may make them simply 10 moments in no particular order.
