As you can see from the Tweet above, Lily Rabe is the latest addition to the cast of Francis Lawrence's The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2 Her character - 'Commander Lyme' - is described as being, "a past victor of an unknown Hunger Games, hailing from District 2, and is one of the leaders of the Rebellion at District 13."
