Paramount Pictures' Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation was the spy movie of the year, receiving universal acclaim from both fans & critics as well as earning over $682 million worldwide. The Chris McQuarrie-directed feature starred Tom Cruise with an ensemble cast that included Jeremy Renner, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, & Alec Baldwin.

Early on in the film, following the jaw-dropping opening sequence, Ethan Hunt is officially introduced to and subsequently captured by the Syndicate, but manages to escape thanks to the help of Ilsa Faust. He is then deemed a global threat by the C.I.A. and is more or less forced to "Go Rogue" (essentially his fourth time in five films) to learn more about the Syndicate. Flash forward six months and we're reintroduced to a bearded Ethan Hunt. The movie doesn't touch on what happened to him during those six Rogue months, but now Paramount has provided us with a very cool new digital comic that fills in a few of the blanks. Check it out below:

Cruise is trying to cut as many action films as he can, before the Botox wears off.
