About ten days ago, with rumors circulating about Paramount's Mission: Impossible 5 possibly shutting down production to rework the finale, director Christopher McQuarrie had to come out and quickly debunk the rumor. With that out of the way, McQuarrie and the MI5 team got back to work on the exhilarating finale and over the past week, set photos have surfaced featuring superstar Tom Cruise running back into action as IMF Agent Ethan Hunt alongside franchise newcomer Rebecca Ferguson.

The rest of the main cast, which includes Jeremy Renner, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, and Alec Baldwin, weren't spotted on the street, but if the finale of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol is anything to go by, they should all be involved in the finale in one way or another.

Take a look below at a brief set video of Cruise on the street, courtesy of the DailyMail, and photos courtesy of Just Jared and ComingSoon. Also, be sure to head to the respective web sites to check out more photos.

One of my favorite actors sans his personal life. His work ethic is ridiculous and has big cojones for doing majority of his stunts.

So, this is the finale? Bummer.

Kingsman was awesome. I was hoping that Matthew Vaughn would direct the new Spidey movie.

Say what you want about his personal life, but Cruise is a [frick]ing beast as an actor. Biggest set of balls of any action movie actor and his movies for the most part are always good.

These movies have topped themselves every time, except the first time.

M:I GP > M:I 3
M:I 3 > M:I 2
M:I 2 < M:I

And this is not the finale of the series, clearly he wants to hand the franchise off, quite possibly to J. Renner although I think they could do better. You know who should take it? CHRIS EVANS.
