Tom Cruise Relights The Fuse & Gets Back To Work On MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 6 After 7-Week Production Hiatus
For the first time since breaking his ankle during a high-flying stunt in August, Tom Cruise is back on the set of Mission: Impossible 6 and is pretty much picking up where he left off. Come take a look!
Mission: Impossible 6 has officially resumed production as franchise superstar Tom Cruise (American Made) has returned to the set for the first time since August when he broke his ankle while performing one of his trademark stunts.
At the time, it was unknown how long production would be delayed as director Chris McQuarrie (Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation) spent time reassessing what they'd already filmed and what still needed to be filmed with Cruise's Ethan Hunt. He also confirmed, in a joint statement with Paramount Pictures, that the delay would have no effect on the film's July 2018 release date, which was surely welcome news for fans of the long-running action franchise.
Daily Mail has obtained the latest photos from the M:I6 set, giving us our first real look at Cruise's return as he performs a dangerous new stunt while piloting a helicopter. Check out the new set photos at the link below:
