My idea for what actors who can play Indy in the reboot which is still a rumor

If Indiana Jones is getting a reboot who should play the adventurer? Not Edward Cullen, I mean eww no. well click the jump to check out who I think should play Indy.

Now Like everyone else or most people I never wanted a reboot to the Indiana Jones francise at all. They could of ended it at 3 but no they made Indiana Jones and the search for how can we make this movie more shitty a.k.a Indy 4. But anyways since we are getting a reboot here are some actors who can play Indy in the Disney reboot.
#3 Chris Evans


One can dream can't he? Yes he is Captain America but he would make the reboot likable somewhat.He can do action-adventure type movies, he can give charm, wit, and cockyness in his proformance. 
#2 Sebastian Stan

Yes the Winter Soilder, Sebastian Stan has that look to me that he can be a smart professor while also being the adventuer on the weekends or whenever he has time to go on adventures. Plus he is a good actor.

#1 Michael Fassbender

Michael can be smart, witty, and badass all at once he can also do a pretty damn good American accent just watch 12 years a slave. He doesnt do that many X-men movies so if this rumor of a reboot is true then he would be perfect.

So there are my choices if this reboot is happening,I wouldn't mind any of these men as Indy. But, who would you want to see in the role? It wouldn't be a reboot ...or at least the current rumors do not REALLY have it as a reboot as much as it is taking the James Bond approach. Same character with same continuity but a different actor. I liked the idea of Bradley Cooper when the idea first came up and I like it even moreso now after recently watching A team. But for the love of God ...John Rhys Davies is still alive and acting. There is no reason he couldn't have played Sallah in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull or in this rumored flick. THAT is what I felt Indy four was really missing: INTERESTING and likable supporting characters. Plus, his presence would confirm the 'NOT A REBOOT; JUST A DIFFERENT ACTOR' thing. Seeing that the gent who played Marcus Brody seems to have passed and Connery is fully retired and Karen Allen (who I think everyone gives too hard of a time for her LOOKS in the fourth film when if any of us were to see her in real life, she would be an attractive middle aged woman. But because she wasn't Demi Moore people gave her a load of) will confuse the 'age' issue. Having Rhys Davies in there (who is AMAZING) would give fans a connection from the old movies to make this new indy acceptable.

My PERSONAL choice who I think would be the best for the role of Indy in a rebott: Josh Holloway.

I really don't like any of these, they're all amazing actors but I'd like to see someone different, also between the X-Men and Marvel they'll all be very very busy.

Hedlund is probably too young but I think in a reboot they'd go for someone a bit younger.

I think they should do more Indy movies with a younger actor and have them take place just before, right after, or in between the original 3 movies.

I think Matt Bomer could do well. Hedlund might be good to @CherryBomb. Chris Pratt would be really fun too.

Most all names mentioned so far strike me as good suggestions, except Sebastian Shaw IMO. He was cool as Winter Soldier, but as Bucky in the first CA film, I did not detect much charisma.
