Tom Cruise & Cobie Smulders Deliver A Beatdown In The Latest TV Spot For JACK REACHER: NEVER GO BACK

"It's time to stop running and start hunting." - With less than a month to go until Jack Reacher: Never Go Back graces our silver screens, Paramount Pictures has released a kickass new TV spot!

Judging by this latest TV spot, it looks like Tom Cruise won't be the only one beating in some faces this October when Jack Reacher: Never Go Back arrives in theaters as his leading lady, Cobie Smulders, looks more than ready to deliver a couple beatdowns of her own.

On another note, with the Ed Zwick-directed Jack Reacher sequel being Cruise's only release before Universal's highly anticipated reboot of The Mummy, which is due out June 2017, is there a possibility we get our first look at that film the same week as Jack Reacher's return to the big screen? Guess we'll find out in the next few weeks, but in the meantime, check out the latest TV spot below:

Jack Reacher: Never Go Back follows the title character as he returns to Virginia to meet the head of his former unit. But she's missing, he's being charged with a crime committed nearly 20 years ago, and he may even have a daughter. Making things right will lead him on a cross-country chase to uncover the truth - and maybe even a family.

Jack Reacher: Never Go Back features:
Director: Ed Zwick
Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher
Cobie Smulders as Susan Turner
Danika Yarosh in an undisclosed role
Aldis Hodge as Espin
Patrick Heusinger as The Hunter
Holt McCallany in an undisclosed role
Austin Hébert as Prudhomme
Robert Catrini as Colonel Moorcroft
Robert Knepper as General Harkness

Jack Reacher: Never Go Back hits theaters October 21

This is gonna be a direct to dvd type of sequel.

McQuarrie doing MI6 and leaving Reacher, is gonna hurt bad.

He brought a real slow burn, 70s thriller, Bullit type of feel to the first film.

Obviously not as thriling as the Bullit chase but its just as well executed.

Never mind box office success, Cruise films usually deliver the entertainment. And his action movies are pretty awesome. Jack Reacher was surprisingly brutal, and unfortunately under-seen.

@MosquitoFarmer - Agreed. He and/or his agent know how to pick screenplays/films/etc.

Checkout the video and look at a shot where Cobie Smulders and Tom Cruise are standing next to each other. Cruise is wearing lifts or standing on a box.
Cobie Smulders is 5'8" - Tom Cruise is 5'7" and they have her looking up at him.
