POWER RANGERS: DINO FURY Revealed As The 28th Season Of The Long-Running Action Series

While we knew the 28th season of Power Rangers would adapt Ryusoulger, Hasbro has now revealed that the new season will head back to the day of the dinosaur and will be titled Power Rangers: Dino Fury!

Hasbro has officially announced that the upcoming 28th season of their iconic Power Rangers franchise will be titled Power Rangers: Dino Fury and is set to premiere on Nickolodeon in 2021.

As revealed in February, Dino Fury will adapt Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger, which was the 43rd season of Japan's Super Sentai series. It will see the Rangers once again adopt a dino theme, following Mighty Morphin Power RangersPower Rangers Dino Thunder, and most recently, Power Rangers Dino Charge; although this time, the team will also get some badass knight-themed swords and associated weaponry.

The official synopsis reads, "When an army of powerful alien beings is unleashed on Earth, threatening life as we know it, a brand-new team of Power Rangers, fueled by the pre-historic power of the dinosaurs, are recruited to deal with the threat."

As part of their Fan First Friday event, Hasbro also revealed a number of new products, including the first-ever Lightning Collection Morpher, Lightning Collection Zordon and Alpha 5 2-Pack, Lightning Collection Green Psycho Ranger, Lightning Collection Putty Patroller 2-Pack, and a new comic miniseries Power Rangers: Drakkon New Dawn.
