WANDAVISION "Art Of" Cover Revisits Key Moments From The Disney+ Series (Including Pietro's "Return")
Marvel Studios concept artist Andy Park has shared his jaw-dropping cover for WandaVision's upcoming "Art of" book, and as well as putting the Scarlet Witch front and centre, it revisits some key moments.
Thanks to the pandemic, WandaVision was the first Marvel Studios TV series to premiere on Disney+ and it was a real game-changer for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Wanda Maximoff's transformation into the Scarlet Witch is a huge deal, while we also have a new, White Vision now (who appears to have his predecessor's memories, but none of his emotions).
It's a shame Pietro Maximoff was really Ralph Bohner, of course, but Monica Rambeau gained superpowers, Agatha Harkness made her presence felt, and S.W.O.R.D. also showed up. So, yeah, WandaVision was definitely a show that brought a lot of this shared world, and we're going to learn more about the work that went into making it a reality in next year's "Art of" book.
Thanks to Marvel Studios Director of Visual Development Andy Park, we have a first look at the cover highlighting several key characters and moments from WandaVision.
Billy and Tommy Maximoff (Speed and Wiccan) are among those put front and centre, no great surprise when we're expecting to see much more of them in the MCU moving forward. It's a beautiful piece of artwork, and one that definitely gets us excited to revisit this show and its characters again. As for this book, we can't wait to learn more about how Westview and its inhabitants were dreamed up.
