As we inch toward the theatrical debut of The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part in February, Warner Bros. has released a fun new LEGO movie short that should be more than enough to get you into the holiday spirit as Emmet (Chris Pratt) throws a party for his girlfriend Wyldstyle (Elizabeth Banks) and all of Apocalypseburg.

The upcoming sequel to the 2014 hit will feature the voice talents of Chris Pratt (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), Elizabeth Banks (Power Rangers), Tiffany Haddish (Night School), Will Arnett (The Lego Batman Movie), Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Charlie Day (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia), Alison Brie (GLOW), Nick Offerman (Parks & Recreation), Maya Rudolph (The Happytime Murders), Arturo Castro (Broad City), Channing Tatum (Kinsgman: The Golden Circle), Jonah Hill (Maniac), and Margot Robbie (Suicide Squad).

The much-anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed, global box office phenomenon that started it all, “The LEGO® Movie 2: The Second Part,” reunites the heroes of Bricksburg in an all new action-packed adventure to save their beloved city. It’s been five years since everything was awesome and the citizens are now facing a huge new threat: LEGO DUPLO® invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than it can be rebuilt. The battle to defeat the invaders and restore harmony to the LEGO universe will take Emmet (Chris Pratt), Lucy (Elizabeth Banks), Batman (Will Arnett) and their friends to faraway, unexplored worlds, including a strange galaxy where everything is a musical. It will test their courage, creativity and Master Building skills, and reveal just how special they really are.

The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part features:
Director: Mike Mitchell
  Chris Pratt as Emmet Brickowski/Rex Dangervest
Elizabeth Banks as Lucy Wyldstyle
Tiffany Haddish as Queen Watevra Wa'Nabi
Will Arnett as Bruce Wayne/Batman

@MCUKnight11 - Unpopular opinion:

Lego Batman Movie > Lego Movie.

Not by much though.

@L0RDbuckethead - Close call for me, I really enjoyed both. Maybe Batman a bit more because I adore Will Arnett.

Still can’t believe The Lego Movie wasn’t even nominated for best animated movie.

@TheLight - I’ve personally loved all the ones they’ve released so far, and it’s such a cool animation style.
