MY LITTLE PONY: THE MOVIE Starring Emily Blunt And Zoe Saldana Gets A Colourfully Fun Full Trailer
Bronies rejoice! The full trailer for Lionsgate and Hasbro's upcoming My Little Pony movie has just been released, giving us brightly a coloured glimpse of what to expect when it hits theatres in October.
The incredibly popular My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic cartoon gave a new lease of life to the Hasbro franchise back in 2010, and now the colourful little equines are headed to the big screen in My Little Pony: The Movie.
Lionsgate has now debuted the first full trailer for the animated film, and while it probably won't appeal to many CBMers, it does look like it'll be a fun flick to take the (very young) kids to. The movie will feature the voice talents of the original TV cast, as well as guest stars such as Emily Blunt (who is actually playing the villain), Liev Schreiber, Zoe Saldana and Sia.
Check out the trailer below along with an official synopsis.
A new dark force is threatening Ponyville, and the Mane 6 – Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Rarity – embark on a quest beyond Equestria to use the magic of friendship and save their home.
My Little Pony: The Movie arrives in U.S. theatres on October 6, and in the UK on October 20.
