TV Tokyo has been promoting the release of the Rock Lee anime, Rock Lee’s Springtime of Youth Full Power Ninja Training through these short, 29 second skits.

The first skit featured characters from the Naruto universe playing baseball. The second video had Rock Lee testing his abilities in high jump, while part 3 had Lee eating bombs What does part 4 contain? You have to watch and find out!



Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden (Rock Lee’s Springtime of Youth Full Power Ninja Training) follows Mr. Hardwork through various humorous scenarios. The anime is being adapted from a spin-off Naruto manga series which was released in Saikyo Jump back in December 2010. The Rock Lee anime will be directed by Masahiko Murata, who also worked on Naruto Shippuden Movie 4: The Lost Tower and Naruto Shippuden Movie 3: Inheritors of the Will of Fire. Characters including Naruto, Sakura, Konohamaru, Guy, Tenten, and Neji are expected to make an appearance in the anime, just as they have in the manga version of the Rock Lee spin-off. The series is scheduled to debut April 3, 2012 in Japan on TV Tokyo. No word on a North American or European release.
