ANT-MAN AND THE WASP: QUANTUMANIA Funko Pops Offer A Better Look At MCU's Awesome M.O.D.O.K. Design

With Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania rapidly approaching, the first merchandise from the threequel is starting to find its way into stores, including Funko Pops that offer a better look at M.O.D.O.K.

Now Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is playing in theaters, next up is Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania. There's a huge amount of excitement for the threequel, particularly as it will introduce us to Kang the Conqueror, The Multiverse Saga's big bad.

Whether that Kang Variant will be the same one that takes centre stage in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and beyond is hard to say, but he certainly looks like a formidable threat.

Thanks to some upcoming Funko Pops, the terrifying villain can now be seen in Vinyl figure form alongside both Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne. However, there's also a Pop showcasing M.O.D.O.K., a villain we've only caught glimpses of up until this point. That design is awesome, and one that pays homage to the comic books in a clever way.

The prevailing theory is that M.O.D.O.K. is Ant-Man baddie Darren Cross after he was sent into the Quantum Realm by Scott, and we have to believe he's out for revenge. After all, it looked like his journey there wasn't remotely pleasant (in fact, we'd guess every bone in his body was broken).

In Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, Super-Hero partners Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp.

Together, with Hope’s parents Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought was possible.

Jonathan Majors joins the adventure as Kang. Director Peyton Reed returns to direct the film; Kevin Feige and Stephen Broussard produce.

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is set to be released in theaters on February 17, 2023.
