We're less than a week into 2023, but we already have a long list of movies we can't wait to watch in theaters. The first big blockbuster on the horizon will be next month's Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, and a new still has now been released courtesy of USA Today's 2023 preview.
In that, we see Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), and The Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) all looking a little worse for wear as they continue exploring the Quantum Realm. It sounds like the majority of the threequel takes place there, finally giving us the chance to delve into one of the MCU's biggest mysteries.
Next up is a new look at Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Drax (Dave Bautista), Mantis (Pom Klementieff), Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), and Nebula (Karen Gillan) all look pretty serious as they embark on this new adventure, though we're sure many of you will be quick to notice that the latter has a new arm.
Nebula is a full-blown hero at this point, and while the fate of these characters is unclear as James Gunn prepares to leave the MCU in order to take charge of DC Studios, we're excited to see what the future holds in store for her.
Finally, a new Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse still shows Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) introducing Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld) to his parents (Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Vélez).
While romance looks to be on the cards for those two, they might not have time with the looming threat of both The Spot and Spider-Man 2099!
