AQUAMAN: An Intriguing Superman Reference Has Been Uncovered In A Recent Behind-The-Scenes Photo

Aquaman director James Wan recently shared an set photo to Twitter, announcing that Randall Park (Ant-Man and the Wasp) had joined the cast of the upcoming DC flick during reshoots as Dr. Shin. However, it seems the image also contained a little Superman easter egg.
A Twitter user (via Batman News) has zoomed in on the piece of paper in Park's hand, and it reads: "existence of Superman."
Aquaman has already been confirmed to take place after the events of Justice League, so this note would seem to suggest that Shin's scenes could be flashbacks. That, or he's simply doing a bit of research into the Man of Steel's arrival and the emergence of metahumans.
