Warner Bros. has kicked the marketing for Aquaman into high-gear now that James Wan's undersea adventure is less than 2 weeks away from release, and the first clip from the movie has found its way online.
Jason Momoa brought the short sneak peek with him to GMA, and it gives us a glimpse of a scene featuring Mera (Amber Heard) and Vulko (Willem Dafoe) attempting to convince the future King of Atlantis to challenge Orm (Patrick Wilson) before he's "named Ocean Master."
Arthur believes that since he's a surface dweller nobody will take him seriously, but Vulko has a plan that involves winning over the people with the help of a certain trident.

From Warner Bros. Pictures and director James Wan comes an action-packed adventure that spans the vast, visually breathtaking underwater world of the seven seas, “Aquaman,” starring Jason Momoa in the title role. The film reveals the origin story of half-human, half-Atlantean Arthur Curry and takes him on the journey of his lifetime—one that will not only force him to face who he really is, but to discover if he is worthy of who he was born to be…a king.
Aquaman swims into theaters on December 21.
