Aquaman Recast as Toale Exits

There's other fish in the sea, says the network.

The CW network (formerly the WB and UPN) have replaced newcomer Will Toale with soap opera actor Justin Hartley in Mercy Reef, its Aquaman series.

Hartley (seen below) will play A.C. Curry in the drama pilot from Warner Bros. Television, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Other cast members include Ving Rhames who'll play lighthouse keeper McCaffrey and former Miss Universe Denise Quinones (2nd below -- from Smallville's "Vengeance" episode) who will be fighter pilot Rachel Starling.
