Variety says that the CW (combo of WB and UPN) isn't positive that the Mercy Reef Aquaman series is a lock and that another series, Ultra, is being reworked.

"Also, the comicbook-themed 'Ultra' may wind up being redeveloped for [CBS] netlet the CW... Then there's the CW, which some believe may head into fall without the one pilot that seemed like a sure thing: 'Aquaman,'" says Variety.

And the article adds that: "At NBC, beyond the already heavy talk on 'Friday Night Lights' and 'Heroes' (both of which are staffing)."
