Jason Momoa Approves James Wan For AQUAMAN

Jason Momoa Approves James Wan For AQUAMAN

Jason Momoa has taken to social media to publicly endorse James Wan as director of the Aquaman film. Do you share Momoa's sentiment or do you wish WB had selected someone else to bring the King of the Seven Seas to life?

Jason Momoa is super stoked to be working with James Wan on Aquaman. I'm sure grossing $1.4 billion USD and counting on Fast & Furious 7 certainly helped Wan raise his profile and officially land the directing gig after being rumored for months.  Wan will also work with Kurt Johnstad (300, Act of Valor) on developing the script.  Reports state that though Wan signed on to helm both Robotech and Aquaman at the same time, Wan will tackle Aquaman first after completing work on The Conjuring 2: The Endfield Experiment .  Wan should complete his work on The Conjuring 2 by Spring 2016, giving him plenty of time to tackle Aquaman for its July 27, 2018 release date.

Game on. Super stoked Aloha AC

Of course, before Momoa stars as Arthur Curry aka Aquaman in a solo adventure, audiences will first catch a glimpse of the Atlantis ruler in Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

This movie is getting me so hyped,
Momoa is very underrated as an actor and James Wan is an awesome director.

Cant wait to see Aquaman and his solo movie. Dont know much about James Wan but im sure he's a great director Jason will be really good as Arthur. it would be cool to see Ocean master Orm his brother as the villain in the first movie. And Mera played by Christina Hendricks.

I hope he manages to play the exact same character over and over again in every movie he is in...

How this movie can coexist in this 'serious' minded DC movie - verse is beyonde. I won't even mention why or how this movie will attract a wide audience. I guess we shall see. I'm betting the movie doesn't even get made.

Now all we need is Momoa to die in a firey car crash and billion dollar box office, here we come!

I'm still unsure of his ability to carry his own blockbuster movie. I'm hoping for the best. Wan is a good director, but Momoa s going to need a good supporting cast.

The visuals on this movie should be one of the best ever.

Oh shut the [frick] up Haters. Momoa's Conan was closer to the literary Conan than Arnold ever was.

Putting the Ant-Man ad on every article won't make me see it. It's annoying as all hell and making me not want to see it.
