It's a sweet looking car to bad it's a one off for the movie. I think it could hang with Audi R8 look wise.

It would make sense if Tony is living in New York on the fact that he and Rhodes trashed his house and then Tony "remodeling" the place to create the new element. Also the fact that the Avengers Mansion was in Manhattan.
