AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Hot Toys Exhibition In Hong Kong Shows The Iron Spider's Extra Arms In Life-Size Detail

A display in Hong Kong has provided a closer look at the Hulkbuster, Star-Lord, and various other characters from the movie, including the Iron Spider and the four extra arms Peter Parker will use here...

To celebrate the upcoming release of Avengers: Infinity War and Marvel Studios' tenth anniversary, Hot Toys is touring the world with life-size replicas of the characters from the movie and they've kicked things off in Hong Kong at Festival Walk. The company is also showing off some of the figures which will be available to purchase later this year that haven't actually been officially unveiled online as of yet.

We've scoured through the gallery of images released by the company to find all the biggest reveals, including fresh shots of characters like The Hulkbuster and Star-Lord. However, by far the most noteworthy addition is the Iron Spider as we get to see the four extra arms he'll be using to fight the Mad Titan (those were first introduced in the pages of the Civil War comic book back in 2006).

To take a look at that and the other statues and toys here, all you guys are going to need to do is click on the buttons below for the full list of photos. There are no spoilers so don't worry about that but you may find yourselves signing up for multiple credit cards in order to buy some of these bad boys!

What a beauty this is! The Hulkbuster will be piloted by Bruce Banner in Avengers: Infinity War but Tony Stark has clearly given it some pretty significant upgrades since he last used it back in 2015.

That's a massive gun Rocket is wielding there and he's no doubt hoping it's going to help turn the tide in the battle against Thanos. Groot, meanwhile, looks perfectly content with his new video game.

Star-Lord's appearance hasn't really changed all that much moving into this movie but his blasters appear to have received a slight upgrade while his mask also seems to have been altered slightly.

The Iron Spider suit is quite the upgrade for Peter Parker and here we get our best look yet at the four extra arms the costume will be rocking when he joins the fight against Thanos on Titan.

Iron Man has upgraded his suit as well (as has become the norm between films) and that new repulsor blaster looks a lot more formidable than when he just used to shoot them from his hands.

Hot Toys has revealed the figures for Captain America, Black Widow, Iron Man, Rocket, Groot, and Thanos, but we can clearly expect a images focusing on some other characters in the coming weeks.

Here's another look at the extra abilities Iron Man will be showing off in Avengers: Infinity War, including rocket jets on his back and a massive blaster on his arm which looks like a rocket launcher!

This is the action figure Hot Toys will be releasing featuring Spider-Man's extra arms and, as you can see, they look pretty damn deadly as they're razor sharp at the end rather than having blasters.

This is obviously a very different take on how Tom Holland's Iron Spider will look in the movie but the presence of those extra arms once again points to them playing a big role in this adventure.

If you were hoping to scroll through these cute Cosbaby figures to find some spoilers, you'll be disappointed but there are a couple of different versions of Groot (they just seem to be GITD variants).

No automatic alt text available.

Black Panther's return is one of the most exciting things about this movie, especially as a large chunk of the action is going to take place in Wakanda as the heroes assemble there to fight Thanos.

There are even more Hot Toys figures from Avengers: Infinity War here, so be sure to stay tuned for better looks at those once they're released. Which is your favourite? Share your thoughts below!

@ODanil - I want these sooo bad. Hot Toys makes me sad I'm poor, lol. Maybe they could release a smaller scale line with the same amount of detail at half the price. Then I would dig into my pocket and take the plunge.

@Buckster10 - you should check out SH Figuarts. They're 1/12 scale (6") and have amazing facial likenesses. All plastic though, no cloth outfits.

If you want cloth you can take a look at the Mezco One:12 Collective. Also 6" scale and great faces too.

Both of these lines sell for between $60 - $90 depending on the figure.

@GreedoSarducci - Thanks. I've seen some of those and they do look pretty cool, but man, the Hot Toys are just top-notch

@Buckster10 - yeah, nobody is in the same league as HT. Mezco is getting there but the limitations of the smaller scale will probably prevent them from ever matching HT.

I started collecting Hot Toys when the first Iron Man came out. Made it a couple movies in before my bank account said "screw this, I'm outta here!"

I also collect Hasbro Marvel Legends and Star Wars Black Series, so at this point I'm likely back to spending as much as I was on HT. Doesn't seem to hurt as bad when you dole it out in smaller amounts. 😁

@GreedoSarducci - I've always like the Marvel Legends but the quality seems much lower than the older series ML's

@Buckster10 - Í actually prefer these over the old Toy Biz line. The bodies and articulation are much better and they're now using the same digital face printing tech as Figuarts.

If I could only collect one line I think I'd go with Legends. The quality is great nowadays and you get four figures for the price of one Figuarts or Mezco.

I never liked the Iron Spider limbs, but they'll be cool in the movie, and they don't exactly look bad either.
