In a recent interview with Entertainment TonightAvengers: Infinity War star Anthony Mackie was asked if he would be up for a spinoff starring his character, Sam Wilson AKA Falcon, and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan). Here's what he had to say:

Sebastian is a damn good actor and he's a damn good friend, so I think our relationship — really, it's the three of us, he, [Chris Evans] and I - our relationship kind of works really well because there's a mutual respect.

So a spinoff would be great, but it would be like Nick Nolte and Eddie Murphy in 48 Hours, that would be our spinoff. It would end up with us beating the crap out of each other three or four times, I know it.

Speaking to ET separately from the set of Infinity War; Stan expanded on the chemistry with Mackie, saying we "absolutely" could see a spinoff starring the two.

To me it's like Martin Brest film classic Midnight Run, it's really just sort of in my head like 48 hours, or a buddy comedy from the '80s or the '90s. That's how I see it.

And when specifically asked if we could get a spinoff, Stan said:

We absolutely can, absolutely. The right people to make that happen are certainly within feet from us right now.

What do you think about the possibility of a Winter Soldier/Falcon spinoff? Here's Entertainment Tonight's full interview with Mackie:

When Falcon and Bucky have more chemistry than Luke Cage and Iron Fist on Netflix, that's pretty sad.

@SnapperCarr - I thought they actually did have a lot of chemistry in Defenders. Not as much as Bucky and Sam but still

I think they should do one more Captain America movienwith Bucky as Cap, Falcon as his right hand man, and Red Skull as the villain. Not only do we see the potential for a good (although uncomfortable) alliance between them in Civil War but with Red Skull undoubtedly out there somewhere subjugating aliens for an army it’d be cool to see him return to earth 70 years later. It’d let Bucky finally put the last nail in Hydra and put away his persona as the Winter Soldier for good

They're friends now, until they have to decide:

No thank you on Buckycap. That killed Brubaker's great run dead in it's tracks. I'd much rather see a Falcon and Winter Soldier (or White Wolf) teamup movie with no Cap baggage attached.

I'd much rather see that than a Black Widow film.

Make it road trip movie. Have Taskmaster or Tombstone be the villain or something. And screw it... Let it be a Netflix movie.
