Sometime during 2016 to 2018 when Marvel Studios starts announcing the movies for Phase 4 they are to make sure that Iron Man 4 will be part of the 4th phase with Robert Downey Jr reprising his role as Iron Man, with the real Mandarin of the Ten Rings appearing as the main villain portrayed by either Lee Byung Hun, Hiroyuki Sanada, Tohoru Masamune, Rick Yune, Jet Li or Byron Mann, armed with ten magic rings. magic enchanced armor and blends in with the civilized world of the MCU and no theatrical twists along with a director who is willing to replace Shane Black and get the character done right
Warner Bros and DC should consider making a live action Batgirl television series that takes place in Supergirl's universe with in the DC media Multiverse and it should feature Dick Grayson/Nightwing as Barbara Gordon/Batgirl's love interest, her friend Colleen, Cassandra Cain/Black Bat, Jason Todd/Red Hood, and with villains Harley Quinn, Scarecrow, Penguin, and Poison Ivy serving as the shows main antagonists.
For more movies that are yet to be announced for Phase 4, the sequel to Spider-Man 2017 is to be planned with 6 of Spider-Man's foes from the comics appearing as the MCU's sinister six just incase Marvel and it's script writers for the 2017 reboot choose to act like jerks featuring only one or three of them in next years film and not waste time making it about redemption but retribution against spiderman. Heroes Iron Man, Winter Soldier, Scarlet Witch, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Spider-Man, Ant Man, Wasp, Hulk, Thor, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Dr Strange are to survive the epic battle with Thanos and the Black Order in Avengers Infinity War Part 1 and 2
Crossover episodes with Supergirl and Batgirl are to be developed once the Batgirl series is confirmed
The Masters of Evil are to be the villains for Avengers 4 and not Kang, not the Skrulls, not the Squadron Supreme, no one else except 8 to 12 villains for the MCU's Master's of Evil with the real Mandarin and Baron Zemo as the Leaders
If Black Widow and Scarlet Witch both make it through Captain America Civil War and Avengers Infinity War Part 1 and 2 alive then both female avengers deserve their own spinoffs in Phase 4
Brainiac to appear as main villain for both Justice League Part 1 and Supergirl season 2 with Indigo as the secondary villain for the second season
Siobhan Smythe/Silver Banshee to undergo her redemption in season 2 and during the end of the first half or the start of the second half she is to put her difference with Kara/Supergirl aside and start helping her against alien threats since she just like in the comics isn't as bad as McDougal and Livewire
The Flash/Barry Allen to kill Zoom in the season 2 finale and then leave his team and Central City to without telling them who Zoom's identity is and retire from being a hero until season 3
Wally West and Jesse Quick to obtain their speed powers in The Flash season 3
Arrow season 5 to feature Vertigo and Onomotopeia as the main villains with Anarky as a seconday villain

Incase the name "Masters of Evil" sounds too cartoonish, Kevin Feige and Marvel can alter the name of the team of supervillains to Masters of Order, Masters of Shadows or any name that fits the MCU's line up of villains and to have some of the villains from some of the films who survive to join the group against the Avengers
The DC Cinematic Flash film in 2018 to feature Professor Zoom and the Rogues as the villains
The yet to be confirmed second Man of Steel film to feature Supergirl Metallo and Silver Banshee
The future Batman film to feature Red Hood, Oracle, Nightwing as his alles and with Scarecrow, Penguin, Manbat and Firefly as the villains
