AVENGERS 4 Actor Mark Ruffalo Has Seemingly Confirmed ANNIHILATION As The Sequel's Title... Or Has He?

You've gotta hand it to Marvel, this was some next level trolling! Mark Ruffalo appeared on the Jimmy Fallon show to reveal the title of Avengers 4, and while that is what he did, they bloody bleeped it!

Though it still hasn't been officially announced by Marvel Studios, Mark Ruffalo has now pretty much confirmed that last night's leak was legit and the title of the follow up to Infinity War will indeed be Avengers: Annihilation.

There was a lot of speculation that the Hulk actor would reveal the title on the Jimmy Fallon show tonight, and while he technically did just that, it was bleeped out.

However, if you watch the video it clearly looks like he's mouthing the word "annihilation," and he follows that up by telling Fallon that the title is "out there" already, which doesn't leave much room for doubt - unless Marvel have put more into this epic trolling that we realized!

@PBIRD - and while i am on it, them carrying out the BARF tech while shooting the NY scenes and everyone saying "it's about time travel", then randomly they just have a stagehand carry out a box in front of fans and paparazzi that says really big on it B.A.R.F.

And they tilted the sign to the camera lenses.... yeah... I almost doubt B.A.R.F. will have anything to do with this movie but maybe seeing the past to know where to travel to in time. But, that was way too obvious.

I told everyone that I thought that the HULK was not in anything but the first seen of the movie and would refuse to come out for the rest (I thought for fear of Thanos). So, I knew that RUNNING INTO BATTLE scene in the trailer was a fake out.

Now the Russos have a chance to really play to this rumor and lead us astray. He publicly ask Fallon to take it out of the show instead of privately? No one who saw the show live tweeted the "REVEAL" and the Russos publicly call him out instead of privately.

It's either how they are announcing the title for fun, or it's just screwing with us and I am going to lean toward screwing with us.

@RocknRolla - nah. I just think that this maybe the same shit. And I think that they have proven they go out of their way to play with the fans. What do you think?

@PBIRD - how would you know that, what reason would you have to expect the hulk to have a minor role
PBIRD
PBIRD - 10/8/2018, 10:56 AM
@BloodyBed - he was only in that scene, the hulkbuster looked more like the hulk, and to prove in the first 5 minutes that thanos was a beast, i thought it was going to be the hulk. I said so many times i this site. I just thought he was going to get beat so bad he would be scared to come out. Also that EVERYONE RUNNING SCENE looked bad. Like... real bad. Like, hapHAZARDLY put together.

@IronMandarin - I have a hard time picking which i think it should be, without knowing what its about. And honestly, these two Avengers movies have been so tight-lipped that I have only a 3% understanding of what it MAY BE like, no clue what it will be.

@IronMandarin - I like Eternity's End. But it would depend on where they go with the story.

@IronMandarin -

See, I was thinking it would simply be, 'Avengers: Eternal' for a number of reasons.

It fits the "forever" concept, and is a great way to represent the Avengers are here and are here to stay. Plus, with an Eternals movie on the way, it would make sense to at least introduce one or two in A4...
This also gives 'The Eternals' some legs with the general audience.

Let us never forget the first "Annihilation" that occurred. Hopefully, Marvel took notes.

@MrCamw1 - Oh, Mortal Kombat Annihilation was a terrific movie, if you're a fan of really bad pictures like I am. I remember going to see it in theatres and having a blast. The rest of the auditorium was empty, save for myself, my mom, and a group of four teens celebrating a birthday. Couldn't put two and two together at the time.
