First Look At The Marvel Select: AVENGERS Movie Hawkeye Action Figure

Surprise surprise it looks like..Hawkeye! AICN have an exclusive glimpse at the new 7 inch figure baring Jeremmy Renner's likeness..

The figure features 16 points of articulation, comes with Hawkeye's trademark bow and arrows, and a display base that connects with that of The Hulk's figure and the "Mystery Villain". What us geeks the world over wouldn't give for a look at that one eh? Anyway all three detailed bases are supposed to combine to recreate a scene from the movie. So I guess Hawkeye, Hulk and one of these alien..invader..type..things are involved in some type of scrap. Not exactly a revelation but there ya go.

I just want a trailer. I mean he looks cool, but I will only pick up the big 4. Still, I want a trailer.

Also, you'd think while they are trying to sell this, they would put him in a "bow holding" stance, not "I gota wedgie" stance.

No string to shoot arrows? FAIL

Better one right here.

And Iron Man should have holes in his hands that go through his forearm so you can load some repulsors inside and shoot them without having to have a gun on top of the arm to do so.

Completely sarcastic, by the way. It's pretty lame, but overall the figure's cool.

no offense to renner but they really need to work on the age range for these castings sometimes or incorporate it into the story which may happen here. 40 year old hawkeye? 28 year old spiderman but playing 16, no reason why he couldnt be a 25/6/7/8 year old spiderman which would actually open up doors for his charcters not just maths rooms doors.

Oh, ok. It's Andrew Robinson. Pretty cool on Deep Space Nine.

If they made Renners Hawkeye look that good I really want to see the other Avengers. Thats a very detailed and posable toy so the Hulk should look badass. The smaller toys we saw the other day looked pretty lame so i was prying that they would come out with something like this.

I wish there was some purple in his outfit to pay homage to the original costume.

@thewolfx

Somebody should start a smart people petition for all comicbook movie characters to have cowls. But only smart people are allowed to sign it. This would help filter out all the riff raff.

I like Green Arrow over Hawkeye.

His film attire is alright, nothing interesting at all.

But I trust he'll be kicking ass with oohs and aahs from the audience.
