Marvel Studios presents in association with Paramount Pictures “Marvel’s The Avengers”--the super hero team up of a lifetime, featuring iconic Marvel super heroes Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Joblo.com have revealed the official details for Marvel's The Avengers Blu-Ray and DVD home video release. Down below, you can check out the release dates for several territories, and the covers for two Blu-Ray editions and the DVD release.



Release Dates
United States: September 25th
United Kingdom/Ireland: September 17th
Germany: September 30th
France: August 25th



Starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Clark Gregg, Cobie Smulders and Samuel L. Jackson. The Avengers is in theatres now

Wish they hadn't used that shitty photoshopped Cap and Iron Man, and I think they should've went with this cover instead, much cleaner and porportioned.

It's legit. Most of the movies that came out summer were out on blu ray by Sept and October. Transformers made a boat load of money and it was out quick. You want to put it out while its still hot,and before boot leggers

[frick] it... This sucks. I had to deal with throwing away my records for 8-tracks, the 8-tracks for cassettes, the cassettes for CDs, video tapes for DVD's and now DVD's for a damn BluRay...but for this movie I will finally upgrade to BluRay...and know that some asshole from Sony will develop something better right after I have a couple 1000 bluray disks or whatever in my collection.

If you google Avengers Blu-ray 3d you can see them in images but would hurry before they are taken down by whatever site they are on. and yeah they kinda suck i was hoping for a cool Tropic Thunder-esque simplistic yet cool design with the "A" or SHIELD logo
