Clark Gregg reprises his role of Agent Phil Coulson from Marvel’s feature films as he assembles a small, highly select group of Agents from the worldwide law-enforcement organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Together they investigate the new, the strange, and the unknown across the globe, protecting the ordinary from the extraordinary. Coulson’s team consists of Agent Grant Ward (Brett Dalton), highly trained in combat and espionage, Agent Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) expert pilot and martial artist, Agent Leo Fitz (Iain De Caestecker); brilliant engineer and Agent Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) genius bio-chemist. Joining them on their journey into mystery is new recruit and computer hacker Skye (Chloe Bennet). From Executive Producers Joss Whedon (“Marvel’s The Avengers,” ”Buffy the Vampire Slayer”); Jed Whedon & Maurissa Tancharoen, “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” pilot co-writers (“Dollhouse,” “Dr.Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog”); Jeffrey Bell (“Angel,” “Alias”); and Jeph Loeb (“Smallville”) comes Marvel’s first TV series. “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” is produced by ABC Studios and Marvel Television.

@ABARy Didn't notice until you mentioned it. I don't have a clue who it is, but I added a screencap.

talk about ego Marvel, you have to put your name and logo above and before EVERYTHING!? Not like anyone else is going to claim it and we all know what brand it is.

Yeah not sure who he is either
but why is he dangling that dildo in front of my man's face? :)

Still don't like they revived Coulson just for the sake of this show.

This show better not have any sort of effect on the movies, keep it in it's own world.

@NextHero08

They put their name in there to distinguish from the cop show THE SHIELD, just as they added it to THE AVENGERS to distinguish it from the British show of the same name.

NoAssembly, some people don't stop to think. They let their hatred and jealousy dictate to them. I'm just hoping it's a cut intellectually above WB stuff
SpideyQuad
SpideyQuad - 6/8/2013, 5:10 PM
Yep, because everyone was so happy when he died in the movie. It's not like everyone was trying to think up a way to bring him back or anything (eyes rolling)

@exe - They didn't revive Coulson just for a part of this show - it was intentionally done for the movie storyline that they had planned.

@SpideyQuad: Don't sweat him (MrGod), man. Some people just refuse to think before they speak.

You guys the hologram guy is the Agent Grant Ward (the guy who's staring at the hologram of himself).

He's holding one of those office chairs that have wheels on the bottom.

On second thought, I'm starting to think it's someone else who's holding the chair, not sure.

Look at that pyramid in the background, I think it's projecting the hologram.

@The DarkPassanger - There are other trailers for this show online where you will see that Coulson is alive - there are hints in the Avengers movie if you look close enough that he is still alive and the reason Nick Fury lies about it. It was obvious to me that this was going to happen because I was able to see where the storyline was going, but it seems that there are a lot of people grumbling about it.

No cast clues on IMDB as to who it is, either.

I think that's a hologram of a crime scene and that is them looking for possible evidence

Also I think that's a lampshade and not a pyramid

Yes lets complain about Coulson coming back to life when we have no idea why or how he is back. I bet the reason behind it is great! Whedon wouldn't ressurect a dead Character if he didnt make a creative way to do it.

From what I researched, the room they're in has these poles surrounding the room and from the pole shoots out a holographic sequence and it's a case that S.H.I.E.L.D. has classified.

Define a waste of time
Isn't the purpose to entertain?
