If there's one thing that moviegoers seem to be sick of, it's 3D. The higher ticket prices are a pain, but the ever increasing amount of poor quality post-converted movies is an even bigger problem. Since the release of the record breaking Avatar in 2009, studios have taken every opportunity they can to make even more money by offering up their releases in the format and Marvel Studios are unfortunately no different. Both THOR and Captain America: The First Avenger were released in 3D and neither wowed audiences despite a handful of scenes which benefited. Next year, it's the turn of Marvel's The Avengers 3D (as it's now officially called), but will you see it in 2D or 3D? Here's what you decided.

Considering just how unpopular 3D has become, it's a little surprising to see how many voters were seemingly pleased with the decision to release The Avengers in the format. Do you really think it will indeed help make the movie all the more epic? With promises from Joss Whedon that it, "isn't obnoxiously 3D," perhaps the results aren't all that surprising after all. Sound off with your thoughts below.
