Avengers Assemble is an American animated television series, based on the fictional Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, which has been designed to capitalize on the success of the 2012 film adaptation. Avengers Assemble premiered on May 26, 2013, on Disney XD. The series is a replacement for The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. It airs alongside Ultimate Spider-Man and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.. Additionally, it features a near-identical cast and crew with both shows, and shares continuity with them as part of the block. Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, Duncan Rouleau and Steven T. Honestly they could have made this storyline as the third season of EMH, and It could have been WAY better than this..... shit

Marvel needs someone like Bruce Timm to run the "animation" department. We had something good going on with Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Spectacular Spiderman and they took it all away! Now I know they had to do it with Spectacular Spiderman, since it would have lead to some legal mumbo jumbo. But why did you guys cancel EMH?! Should have kept it and brought in Spiderman into that cartoon universe!

Also what the hell are you doing with the X-men? Nothing! Dammit Marvel, forget about Fox having the X-Mens right! Just revive Wolverine and the X-Men along with Earth's Mightiest Heroes and do some Crisis-esque episodes and combine those universes.

Or heck bring back Iron Man Armoured Adventures, now that was a good show!

DeusExSponge. They actually did introduce Spiderman. Everything was in place, it was a Marvel universe show. They just had to introduce the X-men. I also dont understand what Marvels stance is with X-Men. They have a Spider-man cartoon and Wolverine and The Fantastic Four have appeared in the current cartoons but wheres the mutants? Strange one.

The tone of this show is gradually getting more serious. it has its problems but its slowly getting better. same thing with Ultimate spiderman and Agents of shield(fromlast season) I just think when marvel strted this stuff disney had a say in how it all went down and now they are realizeing theyre mistakes. kinda cool how the fans can have an impact as long as we stick to our guns we can make anything happen. Thats why people on this site need to be more united whenit comes to our opinions on television and movies. WE CAN MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. someone needs to do and editorial about this and put in up on the main news page. and get everyone together when it comes to this stuff. WE CAN GET OUR SHOWS TO CHANGE. its just everyone needs to listen and agree to disagree and get along with each other.

Oh god...
Seriously, does anyone in the planet think that those "or don't listen to me" kind of jokes are funny? The only funny one of that kind was in guardians when rocket said: Or we can get the thingy first and improvise the rest". But in these shows they just keep using it and using it. Does anyone think it's funny?
