There have been conflicting rumors about Ben Affleck's willingness to play Batman in future DC movies, and while the latest news is that he is still interested, we don't know anything for sure.

So why not look at some cool fan art that imagines another actor as the Caped Crusader?

The post, created by Bryan Fiallos on Instagram, looks pretty comic-accurate. Jon Hamm certainly has the chin for the role, and we saw in Baby Driver that he can play a darker character.

Fans have been on board the #BatHamm train since Batman v Superman was announced in 2013, and the fan art has been plentiful.

Nah. He looks good, no doubt, but I'd rather see him as Mister Fantastic in the MCU.

I'm open to this recasting though I'm a fan of Ben Affleck's take on the character in Batman v Superman. Honestly, if I was Jon Hamm I'd be extremely cautious about jumping into any role with WB/DC. Batman is obviously a coveted role, but does anyone really believe George Clooney wouldn't be the star he is today without playing Batman? Val Kilmer had a handful of GREAT roles (see Tombstone or Heat), none of which would have been impacted had he not played Batman. While even Christian Bale benefited a bit from playing Batman, literally the only Batman that sort of needed the role to confirm their ability as an actor was Michael Keaton.
