Is The Second Female Lead in TDKR Sofia Falcone?

Who I think will be the second female lead in The Dark Knight Rises

With all this talk recently that Joseph Gordon-Levitt will be playing Alberto Falcone and the announcement of Catwoman, it got me thinking. What if Chris Nolan, has decided to cast daughter of Falcone and sister of Alberto, Sofia Falcone. Remember, Catwoman has a pretty elaborate history with the Falcone family, which is explored in Jeph Loeb's Dark Victory and his Catwoman mini-series "When in Rome". I just a much as anybody would like to see Talia make her debut in this film, but with Nolan's history of throwing complete curve balls, maybe we should be looking for something else. Nolan could possibly be setting up the return of the Falcone family as a potential sub-plot in this next entry to the franchise. Whatever the case I am definitely starting to see what seems to be strong references and connections to in no particular order "Dark Victory", "Knightfall" and "Prey". I guess we'll find out in Summer 2012 when TDKR hits theaters. What do you think?

I'm still going for Talia. I don't know if Nolan would want to go for the brother-sister combo. Alberto seems fine just by himself. Oh...and first!

No way, I read Long Halloween she wasn't really a love interest. Good thinking though. I'd love for the film to have elements from Dark Victory.

Great leap of logic.I hadn't considered her.Very likely IF the Alberto Falcone thing proves solid....and explains why Nolan met with so many actresses to fill 'two' roles.....

I thought this before Bane and Catwoman were announced (I was between her and HarleyQuinn, but I was more certain about the latter). But if she is the other female lead, then my thoughts would be the same as they would be if JGL is Alberto; Nolan can suck my testicles.
Neither one of these should feature. Unlike the X-Men movies, the Batman films should adhere to the structure of the comics mythology. X-Men shouldn't have to, by the way. They are both different beasts. Alberto and Sofia's respective storylines are around Harvey Dent's transformation into Two-Face and before the Dick Grayson Robin era. Bane is after all that. It's quite straightforward. Other villians can pop up whenever, but these particular villians mark certain periods in the grand opera of Batman mythology. I may sound like a [frick]ing nerd about this, but isn't that what this culture is supposed to be?

It would be cool if Sofia is in it, but i still hope that its Talia.

Any two of these characters are fine by me!:)

Gemma Arterton as Talia Al Ghul (first i preferred Eva Green and Marion Cotillard but cause Cotillard is pregnant and Green is attached to Dark Shadows, Arterton is my choice now)

Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Alberto Falcone, The Great White Shark or Black Mask

Violante Placido as Sofia Falcone

Alfred Molina or Bob Hoskins as Oswald Cobblepot

And
Bryan Cranston or Ralph Fiennes as Hugo Strange (Robin Williams is definitely good choice for this role but i prefer Fiennes and Cranston)

These are just my opinion who i would like to see in the movie so dont take it too seriously!:)

"Joseph Gordon-Levitt is not playing Alberto Falcone a.k.a The Holiday Killer. Jett from batman-on-film.com has confirmed it."

@balegirlbrazil Did he? Didn't seem like that's what he was saying? Plus who gives two shits about that dude. He's also the same guy who posted a video from Ras Al Cool saying that JGL would play Harold Quinn (the male versionof Harley Quinn) and then become The Joker in TDKR...FOH

The second female would probably be Bane's mother because his background story is important (and realistic) enough for Nolan to include.
