Wally Pfister, the only Cinematographer who has worked for Christopher Nolan since Nolan's 2000 hit, Memento, now has a chance to direct his own blockbuster. Christopher Nolan, director of the Batman trilogy (more commonly referred to as The Dark Knight trilogy) and his wife, Emma Thomas, the producer of the trilogy, in which Pfister was the Cinematographer, are now set to be executive producers of Wally Pfisters first directorial film.

Although we are aware that Pfisters film will be in the action-thriller genre, the film currently lacks a title. The script has been written by Jack Paglen.

Pfister has worked with Nolan for years. Could he have learned a few tricks of his own? Could he be the next big director? Could his films possibly stand up to that of Nolans Batman? We may find out in just a few more years.

Welcome, I am Darkknight2149. I am primarily a fan of comic books and their various adaptations, as well as horror and other classic film franchises.

As far as the "DC vs. Marvel" rivalry goes, I'm really not biased when it comes to studios and publishers. Preferences are fine, but I've never understood the basing of opinions purely by the studio/publisher that makes it.
