Kevin Conroy is Batman

After voicing the character for 23 years now, Conroy is once again the legendary voice of the cape crusader

Troy Baker is Arkham Knight

Because of how the character's voice in the Ace Chemicals part 1 trailer sounded like Hawkeye from the Marvel animated cartoons, Troy Baker has been revealed to be the voice of the final chapter's titicular villain who acts as Batman's evil militarized counterpart and Twoface

who returns as one of the three arkham city gang leaders teaming up with Scarecrow

John Noble is Scarecrow

6 years since the character's disappearance in the first game Arkham Asylum, Scarecrow survived his encounter with Killer Croc and Rocksteady has promised that he will be taking Joker's position as the primary villain of the final chapter and Fringe actor John Noble has been specified to be replacing Dino Andrade as the voice of Johnathan Crane/The Scarecrow

Tara Strong is Oracle and Harley Quinn

While reprising her role as Harley Quinn, Tara has been speculated to be reprising her role as Oracle assuming that her role as Harley won't be any bigger that the character's role in Arkham City

Nolan North is the Penguin

As the unforgetable voice of the funny Penguin, North is once again Oswald Copplepot as the villain is back in business thanks to his alliance with Scarecrow that he now has regained his massive army of thugs since his defeat in the Arkham City gang war

Roger Craig Smith to voice Nightwing

After voicing Batman in Arkham Origins and for being very talented for voicing Captain America and Sonic the Hedgehog, Roger should have the honor of voicing Nightwing in the game assuming that the character will show up for real

Josh Keaton to voice RobinSince Troy Baker is voicing the Arkham Knight and Two Face, Spider-Man voice actor Josh Keaton should have the honor to voice the Tim Drake version of Robin so that the line of voices in the games stays in a more expert casting level

Martin Jarvis is Alfred PennyworthMentioned to return by claims on the net, Alfred's role in the film is yet to be dramatic as ever

David Kaye is Commissioner Gordon

After voicing the Commissioner in Arkham City, David Kaye is expected to be reprising his role in Arkham Knight and Gordon is said to have a larger role in this game as well

CCH Pounder is Amanda WallerRumored to be involved by spoilers, Weller is yet to be confirmed

Tony Todd to voice Killer CrocFor having such a deep and dark sinister voice, Todd should be the one voicing Croc right now in this 4th game and because he is responsible for Scarecrow's disappearance in Arkham Asylum, Killer Croc should return as a boss villain for Batman to battle and interrogate if the Scarecrow he is up against is the real Johnathan Crane or not

Andrew Divoff to voice BaneBest recognized for his role as Kravchenko in the Call of Duty Black Ops games, Divoff should be the one to voice Batman's predator villain in this fourth game since he was born in Venezuela and because his voice is like Fred Tatasciore's and JB Blanc's voices combined together, Divoff should be the perfect actor to voice Bane in the final installment as Bane is rumored to appear as a member of the Suicide Squad

Chris Cox for Deadshot

Mark Rolston is Deathstroke

Nika Futterman to voice Lynx

Robin Atkin Downes to voice Man Bat

Jerry Tondo to be the voice of Mark Cheung

Liam O'Brien to be the voice of Ace Chemicals worker

Cindy Robinson to voice Leslie Thompkins

Crispin Freeman to be the voice of the Red Hood

David Sobolov to voice King Kraken

Tasia Valenza voices Poison Ivy

God damn this franchise rocks the character desing, Red Hood has never looked so awesome. Character is called Red Hood, but this is like the first time his costume has...red hood. That look really works

BTW, did you know that in Arkahm City they already casted Nightwing a voice actor before character's part from story modes was cut. Actor is called Quinton Flynn (name appears in the credits), he was Raiden in Metal Gear-games, Axel in Kingdom of Hearts, Spiderman in Marvel:Ultimate Alliance etc. I would actually like to hear him doing Nightwing.
